Delivery and Refund Terms
These terms describe the delivery and refund / cancellation conditions for tickets purchased and dance class subscriptions enrolled through the Lativa platform.
Lativa is a Merchant of Record platform that collects payments via the Iyzico infrastructure. The organizer of each ticket is shown separately; the payment flow and refunds are handled by Lativa.
1. Product and Delivery
• Tickets and dance class subscriptions purchased through Lativa are **digital products**. No physical delivery applies.
• Tickets become available **immediately** after payment confirmation in your "My Tickets" screen and at the email address linked to your account. The QR code can be viewed offline in the app.
• Class subscriptions complete enrollment within 5 minutes of payment confirmation; the next billing cycle is attached to your payment method automatically.
• If a ticket/enrollment cannot be delivered due to a technical issue, Lativa refunds the payment within 1 business day and notifies you via destek@lativa.app.
2. Ticket Refund Policy
• **7 (seven) days or more before the event date:** the full **100%** of the amount paid is refundable. Request via destek@lativa.app or in-app "Refund ticket".
• **3 to 7 days before the event date:** **50%** of the amount paid is refundable; the remainder is retained as an administrative cancellation fee.
• **Less than 3 days before the event date:** no refund. You may instead transfer the ticket to another Lativa user free of charge.
• **If the event is cancelled by the organizer:** full refund is issued automatically; no separate request is required.
• **Festival tickets:** the organizer's specific refund rules apply, presented during purchase.
3. Ticket Transfer
• You can transfer your ticket to another Lativa user up to 1 hour before the event start.
• Transfer completes upon the recipient's acceptance; before acceptance the ticket remains with the sender.
• Once the transfer completes, the QR code is rotated and the old code is invalid at door scan.
• Transfers are free on the platform.
4. Class Subscription Cancellation
• Monthly class subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from within the app.
• Upon cancellation, attendance is retained until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are taken.
• Mid-period prorated refunds are not provided by default; the school owner (organizer) may grant exceptional refunds at their discretion.
• Demo class requests are free; cancellations are made directly with the school.
5. Refund Timing and Method
• Approved refunds are initiated via Iyzico within **3 business days** of the request.
• The bank settlement period may take **3-14 business days** depending on the card issuer.
• Refunds are returned to the same card / payment method used; refunds to a different account are not possible.
• You can track refund progress via destek@lativa.app.
6. Right of Withdrawal
• Per Article 15 of Turkey's Distance Sales Regulation (Law 6502), services scheduled for a specific date or period (event tickets, course terms) are **exempt** from the statutory right of withdrawal.
• Lativa nevertheless grants the voluntary refund windows described in "Ticket Refund Policy" above.
• Digital content is similarly exempt under the same regulation, as the customer's electronic consent at the time of purchase removes the statutory withdrawal right.
